Please, read attentively the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our templates and themes confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Buying our themes you agree with conditions of Single Domain License. A Single Domain License will enable you to use each product on a single domain/website only. This site should be only yours, your client or your boss, but not the third person. In order to use the same template or theme again, you will have to purchase it again.
After the purchase, you have the right to make any modification(s) with our products to fit your purposes.
3. Unauthorized Use
Using theme on website/domain different than provided one when you complete order, reselling or redistributing our themes/templates without our agreement is prohibited. In this case your access to the downloaded files will be canceled. From time to time, we are making a verification of used themes on clients end, and if theme can't be found at "domain name" provided in the moment of purchase we are allowed to stop receiving all theme updates, download access to files will be canceled and support will not be anymore provided.
It is our duty to always keep the products up-to-date and working with the latest version of Software. Our products are developed for particular software version, any other version those are not listed may have problems with some functionality. All themes and templates have 3 packages (plans) for updates which are: Standard, Ultimate and Business. Every package (plan) have a time limit as it is: Standard - 6 months, Ultimate - 12 months and Business - 36 months. After selected package (plan) in the moment of completing order expire, your access to updates will be canceled but in same time you will still have access to non-updated bought files. Before expiring updates period with a week you will receive an email from us with information of expiring period. In this time you will have possibility to buy an Update package to prolong period or just live it as it is.
We support all our items and will help all users with theyre needs, but not before providing us necessary proof of bought item(s). Like on Updates (point 4) Support have also packages (plans) to help every customers. After selected package (plan) for support expire, if you want to get help from us you will need to buy an Support package to prolong period of receiving support from our team. Time for answering to an ticket for support it is about 24 hours from the moment it was opened.
All products are available for download once the payment is accepted and verified. If you can't download a product please check the status of your payment via payment processor interface.
7. Refund Policy
Our company is offering non-tangible goods so we don't issue refunds after the product is purchased and downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. We only make exceptions from this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is two weeks (14 days) after the delivery date.
